Daikin European Works Council

Every year J & E Hall attends a Daikin European Works Council (EWC) meeting alongside representatives of all parts of Daikin Europe. It is a joint committee, and has representatives from both the employer and employee point of view.

The EWC facilitates the exchange of information on a European scale, and engages in discussion about different topics raised by employers, employees or in reaction to legislation. Over the years it has proved very useful and several things have changed across the business as a result.
