At J & E Hall we value long service and offer a number of awards depending on your length of service, as shown in the table below:

Long Service Awards

Once you reach a long service milestone you will be contacted by the HR team who will confirm your award and give instructions on how it can be used. A gift will be purchased on your behalf by the Company to the value shown in the table above (excluding VAT).

The choice of the gift is entirely up to you and may be a single item or several items but they must be purchased by the Company (not yourself). You can purchase an item(s) greater than the value stated above, however, the difference between the above amount and the purchased value will be deducted from the next pay run following your claim.

After 10 years of service, a certificate confirming the achievement of your long service with the Company will also be presented to you as soon as possible. When reaching 10 years' service you will also recieve an additional day of annual leave, increasing your annual entitlement by one day.

Note: Your long service award must be claimed within 6 months of the milestone. Unfortunately, your award becomes invalid and can no longer be claimed after this date.

Note: Long service awards are calculated based on your current service dates, and broken service is not included (for example if you leave and then return to the business).
