All employees will be auto-enrolled into the Company Pension Plan, operated by Scottish Widows, at the start of their employment. If you wish to opt out of the pension scheme details of how to do so will be sent to you within your joining pack.

You can directly access your Scottish Widows Company Pension Plan savings information, together with helpful materials to support you consider your retirement savings and future outcomes. Understanding even the basics of your Company retirement savings with Scottish Widows is important, as what you save now will ultimately impact on both when and how you may wish to utilise these savings in future.

  • Money4Life – This summarises how to register and login, access the investment risk profile and consider whether your existing Plan investments are appropriate, and how to view and use your personal fund information in considering your retirement goals. It also directs you how to update any personal details, amend your existing Plan selected retirement age and investments, as well as access your Plan documents and transactions, and your current Plan fund valuation.

  • Helping You Towards Pension Wellbeing guide – Linked to addressing these three easy steps, the guide provides practical information relating to the basics you need to know. It also directs you to where to easily access further support and information relating to each topical area. If you use a smart phone, the guide includes access to free “Zapper App” technology, which enables you to scan the Zap Code included in the guide to readily access a particular area of interest.”
